How to delegate

  1. Open the staking page on the official DAG Explorer and connect your wallet.
  2. Find Fireflight Node in the validator list. Its node wallet is:

  3. Choose the amount and confirm the delegation in your wallet.

  Your delegation is a vote

Constellation picks its active validators by total delegated stake, so where you delegate decides which nodes secure the network.

  Switching is free and instant

Already delegating elsewhere? Move your stake to Fireflight without withdrawing first. There's no lock-in when you switch validators.

  Withdrawing takes 21 days

Unstaking starts a 21-day unbonding period before your DAG and rewards return to your wallet. Planning short- and long-term positions? Split them across separate wallets.

Transparency

Live status and uptime

Delegation rewards don't depend on the node's uptime: your stake earns the same rewards while the global network is online, even if Fireflight briefly drops out of consensus. Downtime only costs me, which is why I keep it to a minimum.

When the node isn't in consensus

It doesn't mean the network is down. The usual reasons are:

  • A planned network upgrade
  • A network restart
  • A network fork being resolved
